  • IPM-Immo is the business unit in charge of the "real estate ads" of IPM Group and Concept Multimedia Belgium.

IPM-IMMO publishes the following real estate media : websites www.logic-immo.be ( 1,4 million visitors each month) and www.logig-immo-neuf.be, 4 regional editions of Logic-Immo free magazine, L'Essentielle Immo and La Libre-Immo (monthly and weekly inserts in La Libre Belgique), real estate ads in Paris- Match Belgium, La Libre Belgique, La DH-Les sports and DH Radio.

IPM-IMMO with a turnover of € 6,5 million and 32 employees is de facto one of the major actors in the real estate market.

  • Job description: in charge of the daily management, responsible for business and digital strategies, responsible for the human resources (sales and marketing, logistic, production, project management), responsible for the media, the digital transformation, the outcome and development of the company.

EVOSYS has developed ESIMMO, a CRM for 400 real estate agencies and 3.500 users. With a turnover of € 450.000 and 5 employees, EVOSYS becomes the digital partner for the real estate agent.
  • Job description: in charge of the daily management, responsible for business and digital strategies, responsible for the human resources (developers, project leader, account manager), responsible for the outcome and development of the company.

  • Job description: management of technologies, processes, information systems of all the Group’s entities. Management of the computer service, of the networks and telecommunications. For each branch of activity: implementation of ERP, Cashiers Systems, Warehouse Management System, data warehouse and intelligence business tools. Implementation of EDI. Managing the computer team and external consultants, budgets, backups, and disaster recovery plans. Implementation of an e-commerce system (proxis.be).

  • Belgian Sky Shops manages about thirty tax free shops located within the Brussels and Charleroi airports.
  • Job description: managing human resources, computer service, and administration.
    • Management of the staff administration for 430 people. Management for recruiting, training, coaching teams, insurances (group, hospitalization, death). Union negotiations for corporate and sectorial issues. Presidency of the Work’s Council and the Workers Prevention and Protection Committee. Drafting and negotiation of collective corporate conventions and work regulations. Member of the 311 Parity Committee. Implementation of an evaluation system. Implementation of an optimized manufacturing employees work schedule.

Management of the computer service: implementation of an ERP, cashiers system, data warehouse and business intelligence tools. Similar responsibility as per my current position but within a smaller computer department environment.

Administrative management: management of insurances, supervising the acceptance service, leasing management, office automation, monitoring and organizing inventories, defining safety procedures, etc.
